Job Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries, including walk-in traffic, phone calls, email, website leads, and third-party digital platforms
- Promptly respond to and manage both in-person and digital leads, ensuring a high level of customer service and conversion
- Present and promote available homes, floor plans, features, and community highlights
- Qualify prospective purchasers by identifying needs, timelines, and budget
- Guide buyers through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to firm agreement
- Prepare, complete, and type all Agreements of Purchase and Sale, amendments, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all deals are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and actively manage all prospect and purchaser data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and proper lead tracking
- Track lead sources, follow-ups, and deal progression through the CRM pipeline
- Generate and submit Daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, traffic reports (including both physical and digital traffic), and market feedback summaries
- Monitor and report on competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction
- Manage deposits, document collection, and complete file organization for all deals
- Conduct consistent and strategic follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions
- Assist with sales launches, broker events, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure the sales office, model homes, and marketing materials are always well-presented and current
- Support post-sale communication and assist purchasers through key milestones (firming, décor appointments, and closing preparation)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related sales role preferred
- Strong understanding of Agreements of Purchase and Sale and real estate documentation is an asset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (required for on-site role)
- Real estate licensed and if applicable willing to park license
