Operations Director (retail operations)
The Operations Director is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) responsible for overseeing, planning, and managing the ReStore social enterprise and the Construction program for the organization. Accountable for managing the operation of our building program; ensuring construction safety, administration of warranty issues, affiliate operation enhancements, and managing project budgets and expenses. Ensuring effective and efficient management of all aspects of ReStore operations while displaying innovation to ensure continued success of the operations. Establishing performance objectives including financial administration and reporting, profitability targets, product acquisition and procurement, marketing, health and safety. Responsible for Health and Safety operating as the chair of the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
