The Niagara Home Builders’ Association (NHBA) is the leading voice for new home builders, renovators, contractors, and residential developers across the Niagara region.

We are a volunteer, not-for-profit trade association dedicated to advancing quality standards in residential construction and home renovation through advocacy, education, and collaboration. We also champion workforce development, partnering with local colleges and training programs to create pathways into the skilled trades. Through our committees and advocacy efforts, we help shape local policies and building standards, ensuring Niagara’s communities grow sustainably and responsibly.
